Spice3f5 on Linux/cygwin Bugs
Sep 14th, 2004, 11:29am

Hi All.

I am trying to compile spice3f5sfix on linux/cygwin.
After fixing many things in the make files I get one very wierd error in the string.c and misc.h files

In function `bcopy':
09: error: argument `from' doesn't match prototype

Has anyone fixed this problem ?

Thanks
Rahul

Pardon me for taking the Forum's time and bandwidth,
The bug is a cygwin problem and not linux. I was able to compile it on linux.

Thanks

Do you still have problem to compile spice on cygwin?

This is neither a linux problem nor cygwin. You need to make some change accordingly in conf and os_port.h.
I can compile on both linux and cygwin system.

Thanks,
Min
