variable tolerances in Spectre
Jul 19th, 2005, 1:46am

Hi,

I am using Cadence ICFB environment for my spectre transient simulations.
Is it possible to specify different tolerances for different subcircuits in the
schematic? That is, if I want to simulate a mixed signal circuit, can the tolerance
for the digital control logic ckt be reduced to speed up the simulation?

Regards,
Saumitra

This can be done with UltraSim, but I don't think it's possible with spectre right now (unless something snuck in whilst I wasn't looking Grin

Andrew.
