I have two  blocks in my schematic.  Both the blocks are not connected in any way to each other. One of the blocks uses an ideal VCVS as a common mode feedback.
If this feedback goes crazy, the DC simulation results of the other block also goes crazy.

I do not know if this is enough information to answer the question. But if people require any details, I will be eager to give them more details.
