Frequency Divider Input Sensitivity

Greetings,

  What is the standard method for measuring frequency divider input sensitivity? Is it defined in terms of the
loss at output frequency, for example, the input level at
which the output is 3dB from the full scale? Is it defined
in terms of the ratio of the output to clock feedthrough
level, for example, the input level at which the output
frequency level is equivalent to the clock feedthrough?
Is there a standard definition?

Greetings,

   Worked out how to measure a divider's input sensitivity.
SpectreRF's swept PSS can be used to measure a dividers sensitivity
at a given frequency. The divider stops working below a threshold
input level. If the tone at the divide frequency is monitored it is
fairly easy to measure the sensitivity.
