Company is a Santa Clara networking Start-up.

Position 1: High Speed Circuit designer (emphasis on clock, power and
          globals)
        - 7 to 10 years of exp
        - Has designed complete clock networks, power networks,
studied the process technology and  have good understanding on EM, IR, SH and etc...
- Worked on and taped out complex high frequency (>1ghz) chips.
 - Has good understanding of all aspects of static and dynamic circuit design techniques.

Project 2: High Speed I/O designer
        - 10 to 15 years of exp.
        - Has designed high speed I/O from scratch.
        - Indepth understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
        - Good understanding on ESD and Package.
        - Has taped out many complex high freq chips.
