RF or microwave solid state circuit design, specifically with expertise in Power Amplifier design. The responsibilities include an understanding and knowledge of the RF system and subsystems design.  
Job Requirements :  Effectively plan and execute RF/analog/microwave circuits and IC design. Ability to schedule and execute a project to meet deadlines as well as create cost effective methods in the design of Power Amplifier products. Understand market drivers and how they impact the success of the company's circuit design. Will mentor other engineers in RF/analog or mix signal simulations such as (Cadence SpectreRF, HP ADS/MDS, HSPICE, PSPICE). Requires BS/MSEE with a significant related experience.
