save statement in spectre
Jul 3rd, 2006, 12:30am

Hi everybody,
I would like to create a script to do mosfet sizing.
In few words, you give current, vdsat ... and you get the W and L on the other side.
Here is my problem
I am using spectre and I would like to extract simply the vdsat parameter.
I don't understand the save syntax, according to the help a simple extraction of the vdsat is possible , but I don't get it.

save Mtest.m1:oppoint:vdsat

does somebody has an idea?

Thank you very much
have a nice day .

Hi,

The correct syntax is

 save Mtest.m1:vdsat
