How to access transistor's w and l in skill
Aug 29th, 2006, 3:40pm

Hi,

I am wondering how to access a transistor's w and l in skill code. I can get its gm, gds, vth, etc. by using something like gm = OP(M1 "gm") or model parameters using for example tox=MP(M2 "tox"), but I don't know how to get their w and l.

Thank you for your help,
jimmy

gm is an Output Parameter.. hence OP()
w and l are Instance Parameters.. - IP()??
What I do is open the calculator and look for something I don't know off the top of my head.. and look that up in the manual..
or look in the ocean manual.. or the results browser.. find one, plot it to the calculator and I can see the OCEAN(skill subset) command
to use there..

Since I don't have a session up right now.. I can't tell you for sure..
