Simulation Error - can't find the library
Sep 13th, 2006, 2:40am

Hello

I continue the project from somebody that went away.

Trying to simulate project in Virtuoso enviroment (from Hierarchy Editor) AMS->Run Simulation, I have the following message:

*F,DLIORG (No HDL source,0|0): Library (physical path) /XXX/user/user1/Proj/ADC was originally compiled with logical name 'adcec001_analog'. Please include the original definition of library in cds.lib file.

But library 'adcec001_analog' doesn't exist nomore.
I think project was modified and some blocks was removed.
When I do search in top hierarchy of project I don't find any object that belong to ADC or 'adcec001_analog' libraries.

Where cpuld I find reference to non-existing library or resolve the problem in some other way.

Thanks in advance.

Pavel.

A quick hack for this is to look inside the library (the physical path), and delete the *.pak files. You can probably force a recompile too using the AMS->Design Prep, but if that doesn't work, delete the pak files.

Andrew.
