Verilog-A syntax highlighting ofr KWrite
Sep 28th, 2006, 6:27am

I've created a Verilog-A syntax highlighting file for the KDE environment editors KWrite and Kate and I have attached it. I hope others find it useful.

The attachment is a zip file of the XML syntax file. You should unzip the attachment to get the file veriloga.xml. Then put veriloga.xml in ~/.kde/share/apps/katepart/syntax/. When you restart KWrite or Kate, you should see a Verilog-A entry under Tools->Highlighting->Hardware

Hmm ... where did Ken hide the equivalents for VIM and Emacs?  It would make sense to group them all together, but I didn't find them on the Verilog-AMS page.

Oooooh! You have one for VIM? I was just thinking about coding one myself. You're right, it would be nice to have a common area for these type of files.

Ken - will you add the KWrite ones to the Utilities section?

I thought I sent them BOTH in before..
