Can VerilogA input Hexadecimal number?

for example, define a parameter as hex format, user input "F", the output is "15".

no, i don't think verilogA can do this (although you can output in hex format using $strobe etc.). Try looking at the verilogA reference manual in your installation path.

on the other hand verilogAMS should (?) be able to handle integer types which are hex....
