Perform Methodology Services pre-sales technical discovery, technical scoping, solution development & analysis, plus estimating level-of-effort for customer service opportunities, leading to VCAD Services contract. Then, lead and direct Services project delivery in the RF-AMS IC design space. Must have basic knowledge of RF-AMS IC
design project execution, chip integration & verification for various IC processes used for wired, wireless and other AMS IC applications. Must have working knowledge of overall system to RF-AMS IC definition, tools and methods involved in this development process. Must have working knowledge of use and design application of RF-AMS IC Cadence tools. Would be important to have working knowledge of: Agilent's: ADS, Ptolemy, RFDE and MathWorks: MatLab/Simulink. Would be good to have working knowledge of testing and debug of RF-AMS IC's. Would be
important to have understanding and/or working knowledge of WLAN and Wireless industry standards.

Must have experience setting up the entire (front to back) RF-AMS IC design/tool environment and configuration. Must have ability to develop A/MS behavioral models from existing templates and/or libraries (VerilogA, VerilogAMS, Verilog). Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of technical performance of delivery of RF-AMS IC design
methodology projects including technical customer interaction, reviews; and, performance of the assigned technical delivery team on the projects. Candidate will participate in the technical leadership and coordination to the IC Design methodology community ensuring consistent and integrated approaches across projects/programs. Responsible for proposing opportunities to make a significant business impact through the IC Design methodology group by identify and articulate design and tool trends and opportunities for leverage in services business and
present to management. Must be an excellent team leader and have reasonable background/experience with IC design, system design, Cadence tool, and project/customer management. Analog design experience will be
considered in addition to tool experience.

Minimum Education Required:Minimum Experience Required: BSEE  with 10 years hands-on RF/AMS design / CAD experience

Preferred Education:Preferred Experience: MSEE with 15 years hands-on RF/AMS design / CAD experience
