"phase.vams", what is it?
Jul 18th, 2007, 1:34am

I tried to simulate the phase noise of the VCO using the code in the paper "predicting the phase noise and jitter of PLL-Based Frequency Synthesizers". But i had a problem. The AMS simulator doesn't know, where is the file "phase.vams". I cannot find it also. Can you tell me, where can i get or find it? Thanks.
