Monte-Carlo in Eldo
Aug 27th, 2007, 5:55am

Hello,

Did somebody succeed to run Monte-Carlo in Eldo.
I tried in 2 ways and it doesn't work.

1st methode - via instant
Code:
XM0 D G GND! GND! NMOS_SUBSC w=10u l=800.0n VTO_alpha=100m BETA_alpha=1e-6

Here VTO_alpha and BETA_alpha are mismatching parameters for NMOS_SUBSC  subcircuit,
from which deviations are calculated in subcircuit and then passed in model.

2nd methode - via model
.model NMOS_model
+ VTO=0.71 DEV=50%
+ BETA=92e-6 DEV=50%

In both cases simulation results are independent of
VTO_alpha and BETA_alpha (1st case)
VTO and BETA (2nd case)

Regards.

Pavel.
