Conversion of spectre/hspice netlist to schematic
Dec 28th, 2007, 1:13am

Dear all,

I have a lengthy netlist to be used in the simulation. I need to generate a schematic.

So, please help to create a schematic from the netlist...

Thanks in advance.
AVLSI.

This discussion might help. I do not know about anything that creates a schematic out
of a netlist though, but one can use the following hack to simulate it.

Design is fun, verification is a requirement.

I know there are tools that take netlists (usually CDL format) and generate schematics, but they aren't very readable -- you get the instances placed sort of on a grid, and the terminals have net flags on them, but no wires in the schematic connecting the pieces of the nets.

In the main icfb window, File > Import > , see what options you've got.
