I don't know of any free Verilog-AMS tools.  There is "ADMS" on sourceforge which does some Verilog-A (analog only) when coupled with a spice-like simulator such as zspice or ng-spice (also open-source projects).  There are student versions of some commercial tools (eg pspice -- but it doesn't even do verilog-a as far as I know).
