INL and DNL calculation using veriloga

Hi,
Is there any way of measuring DNL and INL directly in spectre by writing a veriloga module that samples the signals of  
interest during the transient simulation and computes INL and DNL during the run, or post processing with Matlab is much simpler?

Please advice me.

Leila,

 Examples of Verilog-A modules to calculate INL, adc_inl_8bit, and
DNL, adc_dnl_8bit, for an 8 bit converter are available in ahdlLib.
These modules can easily be modified for higher or lower resolution
data converters. Also in ViVA, the new waveform browser, there is
a calculator function to calculate dnl is provided.
