Question about simulation ICMR (input common mode)
May 26th, 2008, 8:59pm

Hi ~~
If I have a two stage single ended differential amp, and the input is rail to rail (has NMOS & PMOS as input stage), but output is cascode configuration (two nmos cascode & two pmos cascode).
When simulation ICMR we often use unit gain configuration, connect Vin- to Vout so Vin- = Vout, then sweep Vin+.
Vin can rail to rail, but Vout can’t … The ICMR will limit by output swing.
How to simulation real input common mode range ??
Thanks !!
