save DC oppoint in spectre (Read 4561 times)

analogue_guy Community Member Offline Posts: 38	save DC oppoint in spectre Jul 03^rd, 2008, 4:42am Hi the spectre command : save <instance_name>:oppoint does not work for me. (like save M0:oppoint), I got the following error message: 'M0': Does not have a terminal named 'oppoint' Do you have any idea what can be the problem? I want to save DC operating point data during DC sweep... Thanks,

analogue_guy Community Member Offline Posts: 38	Re: save DC oppoint in spectre Reply #2 - Jul 3^rd, 2008, 11:40am Actually I want to run DC sweep simulation (like vary the drain voltage or gate voltage) and i want to plot some values of the operating points (like gm, Cgg...). So, I do not want only one value, rather a function ... similar thing as the method known as gm/Id
