question: any noise model in HSPICE simulation?
Jul 16th, 2008, 7:26pm

Generally, is there any noise model included for HSPICE transient simulation?

Acctually, I am doing a random seed generator design and looking for some method to evaluate the performance during simulation stage.

Thx.
:)

Generally, there are no noise models included in transient simulation in any simulator, but there are a couple (Eldo, Spectre, ... others?) that have "transient noise" which is an option to include it.
