Hi !
I mean...leakage power for standard digital cell is state dependent parameter. But in some lib files i see only one value, w/o input signal details... For example,
i know that P_leakage=I_leakage*VDD, i simulated and calculated this,    
for easy cell INV i have two value (for 1 and 0 an input).
One value of this two is too big. In .lib file i see one  value, but is really no mean between  this two values, and no equal one of this.
what statistical methods are used in .lib file in this case?
