Surely you must mean some devices F, some S -- maybe fast N, slow P?

I want to see the difference results between different process corner in one plot. In Hspice ,that can be done by both command .alter and .del . How to do in SpectreRF ?

In ADE, please choose Tools -> Corners... to run corners simulation. Sure you can combine different process corner, supply voltage, temperature, and other variable in the Corners simulation in ADE. hi sch,
Tell me how can you run you tt corner simulation, I will show you how to run ss or ff in your system.

Usually, you have to load a model file name "*.scs" in analog environment containing ss/tt/ff part.
So, if you can run tt simulation, you have just change/replace tt part to ss or ff part.
