Umm ... get a netlist, put in a .tran analysis statement ... ?

What are you trying to do?

I think you need a PAC (periodic ac) analysis.  Maybe you can use hbac (harmonic balance ac).  See if you can find an app note on SolvNet.

Is possible to do simulations similar to PAC or HBAC in Cadence Spectre . .

HBAC which Geoffrey_Coram means is an analysis of HSPICE RF.

"Multitone Harmonic Balance AC Analysis (.HBAC)"
http://www.ece.rochester.edu/courses/ECE222/hspice/hspice_rf.pdf

In HSPICE(not RF), you can use combination analysis of ".AC", ".Noise", and ".SAMPLE" analysis, although it is not accurate evaluation.
