LOCATION
-- Suzhou New District SND Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Suzhou, China

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
-- Perform Failure Analysis into yield and quality issues
-- Perform Product Guard band, Test Coverage and Test Requirement analysis
-- Production Yield improvement
-- Provide the product knowledge training to line technicians and operators
-- Be working with Engineering Experiments and trials, perform the primary data analysis

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Support product line if necessary.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
-- Can skilled use simulation software (HFSS, AWR, ADS or CST)
-- Can operate standard RF instruments (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer and Signal Generator etc) to measure the common parameters
-- Experience on passive (Cavity filters, coupler etc) or active component is a plus
-- Understand PCBA diagram and circuits and PCBA performance optimize. (Preferred)
-- Provide solutions to resolving product and manufacturing problems.

Education
-- Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Microwave Engineering or Bachelor degree in related discipline with relevant experience

Experience
-- At least two years experience in RF technical area; RF design and filter experience is perfered.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-- Good command of English, ability to communicate effectively (Desired)
-- Ability to use Word, Excel and Visio software program, to a level of professional proficiency
-- Ability to produce professional Engineering reports including introduction, conclusions and recommendations
