Hello,

I am trying to simulate the butterfly curve of the 6T SRAM cell to find the SNM using HSPICE. I was able to get the VTC of one side of the SRAM (one inverter and one access transistor) by sweeping its input from 0 to VDD. but i am not able to get the other curve in the butterfly curve  :'( .
Please any help is greatly appreciated
