is it possible to override a subcircuit in schematic with  a netlist?

i have a subcircuit in schematic  and a subcircuit netlist , can i override the schematic with netlist in ADE(cadence spectre)? ( they have the same ports)

Hi,

I think this is possible. One way of doing it is to generate a Spectre view for your subcircuit. Go the the lib manager and copy the symbol view to spectre view. You then need to use a configured schematic from the HED using a Spectre template. If you want to simulate the schematic, then make sure that you cell is bind to schematic view in the HED. Otherwise, to use the subckt, you need to change the binding to Spectre and include the subckt netlist into your model library.

This should do what you are asking for !
