Monte Carlo/ MMSIM7/ IBM 8hp
Aug 13th, 2010, 1:21pm

I am doing Monte Carlo simulation (Process) using Spectre 7.1 in IBM 8hp 130nm, but the results showed broad variation. How can I find out which of the process parameters are responsible for this or how can I run Monte Carlo simulation by only varying one of the process parameters.

Do you have access to the model library (in an unencrypted format)?  If so, you might be able to go in and modify the statistical distributions.

Have you looked through the output of "spectre -help montecarlo" ?
