noisy resistors in PSS
Oct 03rd, 2010, 12:16pm

I was wondering if we set resistor parameter "isnoisy" to yes and run a PSS analysis in Cadence spectre, does the resistor end up generating noise or is this parameter completely ignored in PSS?

The noise would be accounted for in a subsequent PNoise analysis, not in the PSS analysis itself.
