I don't think this is anything to do with it being IC61 - the most likely explanation is that your model is actually a subckt model, and hence the actual transistor is inside a subckt. You'd probably need to change it to save M1.M0:gm (or whatever the transistor is called inside the subckt model).
Presumably you are using different models in IC61 compared with IC5141.
