Is the file at that location? My guess is no, that you have an installation problem because I expect to see "cadence" or "cds" in the start of the path, instead of just /usr. What's the path to the program/binary you are running? Can you find libdcapi.so in the same directory tree? (If you are running /usr/applications/cadence/something/version/linux/bin/myexe, then look in /usr/applications/cadence/something/version/linux/lib/)

If at first you do succeed, STOP, raise your standards, and stop wasting your time.

for me:
cadence install path: /usr/cadence
ius8.2 install path: /usr/ius

I found the file "/usr/ius/tools/lib/libdcapi.so" with a arrow. what is libdcapi.so?
[root@mml 64bit]# cd /usr/ius/tools/lib
[root@mml lib]# find . -name libdcapi.so
./64bit/libdcapi.so
./libdcapi.so

/usr/pdk/listing01/cda.lib
# cds.lib
INCLUDE /usr/ius/tools/inca/files/cds.lib
DEFINE worklib /usr/pdk/listing01/work
