Matlab<-> Spectre Cosimulation
Jan 14th, 2011, 1:21am

I would like to have an interface between my matlab script and a spectre dc simulation.

I want to put some operating point paramteres like the drain current into my matlab script (for example by a custom made GUI). These parameters should be passed to spectre to perform a DC simulation with a dedicated schematic. The results of the DC simulation like gm,cgs,cgd of a transistor ... should be send back by spectre to matlab for usage in the script.

Whats the best way to implement such an interface.?
