45nm in LTspice
Feb 18th, 2011, 12:19pm

Dear all
I am trying to build an analog circuit using 45nm technology using LTspice simulator.the problem is when I include the 45nm tech file(Techfile_45nm.scs from the PTM(attached with this post)) I am getting this error from LTspice"simulator:missing node(s)".when I try another technology files like IBM90nm.txt it works fine.

can any one advise me about this problem.

regards,

Does LTspice read Spectre format files?

I would:
a) rename the file to Techfile_45nm.sp
b) delete "simulator lang=spice"
c) if that's not enough, try removing all the blank lines and comment lines from within each model card (leave a blank line before the pmos card, but each line from the .model to the last line of the model card should start with "+")
