We are currently looking for Industrial designers with Router and Modem (or similar) design background. My client is one of the fastest growing telecommunications and network solutions providers in the world. So you'll be working on the newest technologies out there.

Responsibilities:
•      Guiding product development from initial research and concepts to successful products
•      Communicating ideas and concepts to designers and non-designers    
•      Manage projects in a multidisciplinary team at different levels of involvement
•      Be responsible for ideation as well as proper implementation of ideas
•      Maintaining a continued understanding of the competition, industry, standards and relevant trends

Skills Sought:
•      Preferably have a minimum four year college degree in industrial design
•      5 - 10 years’ experience of industrial design and product development.
•      A proven and substantial experience of working with design solutions of route and modems (or similar products) for a indoor office application
•      Excellent feeling for form and proportion.
•      A strong understanding of global trends, technology and fashion
•      Able to work with engineers and other specialists to develop new solutions in combination with new manufacturing processes.
•      Self-driven and know how to organize work and lead design effort according to tight schedules.
•      Understand that assignments regularly require travelling abroad.
•      Proficient using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and at least one parametric 3D software like Solid Works or Pro Engineer.
