Hello everyone, i am new here this is my first post =) i realy need som help, this is for school so i dont need the whole awnser just a push in the right direktion,

so, i am soposed to have 3 in (switch) and they are "binary" and i have to controle a 7 segment display, from 0-3 the right number shall apere but from 4-7 there shall be the leter E and i have to use With statment and i even know how to use with statment so please can someone help me ?
