weird pnoise waveform, advise needed

Hi all,

I have got a strange noise spectral density plot from a pnoise simulation. Please see the attached picture:

The blue curve is a typical simulation which looks normal, while the red curve is the result at one specific corner, which shows a big fluctuation and looks doubtful.

Could somebody give a clue about what is going on at that strange corner? (i am using cadence version ic6.1.5), thanks.

Are you sure your PSS converged fully?

check how PSS result looks like??? Even before try to run transient sim in that corner, i guess some thing wrong with that corner
