Problem on monte carlo statistic block?
Aug 19th, 2012, 1:26am

Hello everyone,
What does "dist=gauss std=1/1" means in statistic block? I found this in a TMSC model file. The standard deviation value should be a absolute value or a percentage according to spectre userguide, right?

Best,
Yutao Liu

I have a model file from a different foundry that sets std=1/3 or std=mc_std/3

I assume these are expressions that resolve to simple numbers, but in the latter case, the user can perhaps set how many standard deviations.
