pss simulation running out of memory

Hello,
I have a switched cap block (about 2000 xstrs and capacitors) that I am trying to simulate. After about a few minutes of pss (shooting method, conservative setting) simulation I run out of memory.
Any suggestions on how to run pss simulations with this many xstrs ?
thanks

Hi,
Sometimes I come accross "out of memory", not only for the simulator. Please try to run the simulation with 64 bit tools. Probably it is spectre -64bit. I am not sure. Please look for spectre online help.
Best Regards,
Yawei
