Hi all,
I am designing a Flash ADC using TIQ technique on Cadence spectra. I have checked the correctness of functionality, but I am still confuse how to test static and dynamic parameters for this ADC.
From previous post, there were some suggestion of using Spectrum function to verify the dynamic parameters, but there were no recommendation so far for checking static parameters (INL, DNL ...).
Can you guys help to show me the procedure how to do it?
