Hi,


you can run an s-parameter analysis and sweep frequency. You can then calculate Q using the Y or Z parameters that are generated.

You might want to review Introduction to Phasors. You measure the impedance of the inductor by driving it with a current source in AC analysis, then you can extract the Q from the results.
