Hi,

I use ADE as a framework to simulate some circuits. However, the ageing-library for the process is provided only for Eldo. Therefore, it is chosen as a simulator in ADE. If I chosen the log-mode with more than 3 nbruns or lin-mode with approx. >20 nbruns for the ageing simulation, I get an Error Code 6-message and I have no clue, what does it mean and how to avoid it  :-/. As far as I know, the documentation does not support any information on this issue.
