plot current of output node in frequency domain in Cadence
Apr 14th, 2016, 1:05pm

Hello,
I want to plot current of output node in frequency domain with ac analysis in Cadence using this equation in ADE :
dB20(abs(IF("/I0/Vo")))
which Vo is output node voltage, and I0 is current related to output voltage.
but always i get error that it can not calculate IF(nil).
Would you please telling me what is the problem with it?
Thanks alot

You are, most likely, not saving the current through the node of interest. Otherwise it will report the signal of interest as unkept.
