the wave from of input noise in pnoise
Oct 05th, 2017, 7:42pm

hi,

im simulating the pss+pnoise, i want to get the noise power of my circuit(a amp gain=A) after the simulation, i plot the output noise and input noise in pnoise analysis, i have a question why the input noise wave form have the highlight bulge and increase while high frequency? other confusion is why the input noise not equal to the output noise/A^2 ?

thanks
joh

They are probably the flicker noise being up-converted to multiples of the clock frequency.
