Is there any equivalent model for latch along with its offset????
Or rather, how can we model the offset of a latch????

To model the offset, place a voltage source with value set to the offset in series with the input.

i guess you are asking abut how to estimate rather how to put simulation...as first order approximation you can use pilgrim coefficients based models. are you locking for this or any thing else?
Thanks,
Rajasekhar.
