Waveguide design. Please Help

Hello everyone,

Please explain how to:

Need to design a circular waveguide to operate in the dominant mode at 15 Ghz. made with polystyrene-filled copper tubing.
What is cutoff freq and total attenuation of 1m. section of the guide?
