Presumably the supplier of your technology has a model...
Your question doesn't really mean anything. A model will only be appropriate for a particular technology, unless you're talking about whether a particular simulator implements some model or other (such as whether spectre has an implementation of VBIC (say) (it does)).
If you know what technology you're using, contact the provider and ask them for a model. Even if the audience here knew by some insight which technology you were using, they would not be allowed to send you the model because of non-disclosure/licensing agreements, I'm sure.
