Diode Reverse recovery model(verilogA)
Apr 01st, 2004, 3:14pm

Has anybody successfully made a diode model with reverse-recovery included.
I started for laurentiz's paper, but it never converged in my test circuit. I noticed that in Saber we can control the iteration steps as well as the transient steps. How can I get this kind of control in VerigloaA?

Thanks,
Young

Did you try limexp()? This is supposed to limit the per-iteration change of the argument to improve convergence.
