How to calculate SNR in Hspice or Spectre?

I am runing a DAC circuit using the FFT command in Hspice.Did anyone know how to calculate the SNR in Hspice ?Have any difference to calculate the DAC SNR by Hspice and Matlab?

Try setting

.option fftout

This will print the THD, SNR and SFDF.  It will also cause HSPICE to sort the harmonics of the fundamental by size.

For Spectre, you can use PSS to find the signal voltage and use PNOISE to find the noise voltage. Then, use user-defined equation of Calculator to access the result.
