New book on oscillator design
Sep 24th, 2004, 10:30am

All,
There is a new book in the Designer's Guide series. It is a book on low-noise oscillator design written by the experts from UCLA. Not only does it detail the techniques that have led to a substantial reduction in the noise produced by CMOS LC oscillators as of late, but it does so in a easy to follow manner. It presents simple formulas that accurately predict the noise performance of oscillators. These formulas make it easy to see what factors affect performance and how they can be traded off.

You can preview the book, or pre-order it from Amazon or Barnes & Noble, by visiting http://www.designers-guide.com/Books/dg-osc.

Enjoy,
-Ken
