Could anyone tell me the expression which correlates the current into the 3-stage CMOS inverter chain and the frequency output?

td=c*Vsw/Iss ,T=2*N*td,f=1/T=1/2*N*td=Iss/2*N*c*Vsw
td is the delay time of one stage, c is load capacitance, Iss is current of one stage, Vsw is votage sweep,N is the number of the stages.
get it ?
