i want to ask how to measure the gm of Source-follow
or Gate-Source structure by cadence, to obtain the best
linearity?
Both of the circuits adopt one P-mos and one N-mos transistor, hope to get almost the full swing within the voltage source , and at the same time , hope to get good linearity as possible as i can .
Help me!
